NextLog’s developers are currently working a lot with integrations, with the purpose to make the daily work smoother for our customers.
Integration of data between computer systems allows companies to focus on the core business, instead of spending time on multiple entries of the same information in different systems. Repeatedly entering the same information increases the risk of errors as well.
Thanks to the integrations between LogiControl and the customer’s systems, the data is entered only once. This saves time and reduces the risk of incorrect data.
Integrations can be implemented with file transfer as well as with Web Service. Both options are currently in production between LogiControl and several external systems. The main difference between these technologies, from the user’s perspective is that a Web Service integration is in real-time, while file transfer usually transmits data with a slight delay.
